Responsibilities include all documentation for the residential program, such as service plans, monthly reviews, discharge summaries and charting.
Performs case management duties.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a mental health or human service-related field required.
Minimum 2 years experience working with adolescent children required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
